Position
the pallet
on the turntable. Hook up the film to the pallet. Press the start button.
The turntable will begin to rotate. Stretch the film by turning the
hand-wheel. After 2 or 3 turns, lift the reel at the top of the pallet.
Press the stop button. Cut the film manually.
