Semiautomatic strapping machine for polypropylene size 6 – 9 - 12 mm, max. tickness mm. 0,6. The strapping operation is very simple : place a package on the table, in contact with the sealing head, bring the strap over the package and insert the lead-end into the strap sensor. The strap will be tensioned, welded and then cut-off automatically. The force of the tape tightening and the length of the extended tape are adjustable. The machine is equipped with wheels and brake. |

Automatic strapping machine MOD. FP 9026 for polypropylene size 9-12 mm. The object is inserted into the machine operating area by the operator. The joint making can be started by the push-button or by the foot operated switch. Strap is automatically fed, tensioned, sealed and cut-off.. Working plate with free rollers. Electronic logical circuit system can efficiently raise the speed and accuracy of the strapping machine. New die cast heater blade for maximum joint efficiency. External tension knob for fast adjustment. The motor shuts off automatically after 60 seconds idle running. Unique aluminium-alloy rack, with the newest mechanical structure. The machine is equipped with wheels and brake. |

Moveable semiautomatic pallet strapping machine with folding channel for insert the strap through the pallets Complete with wheels, allows efficient vertical strapping with polypropylene strap, width 9-12 mm. The operation is very simple, the operator position the machine near the load, thread the channel into the pallet, take the straps in the opposite side, bring it over the load and insert the lead-end into the strap sensor. The strap will be tensioned, welded and then cut-off automatically. The force of the tape tightening and the length of the extended tape are adjustable . Automatic stopping devices, save electricity and make it practical. The pallet strapping machine will automatically stop and be in standby state when you don't operate the strapping machine beyond 60 seconds
