CONSTANT HEAT SEALER : Constant heat foot sealers
are ideal for sealing bags made of compunds,
multi-layer films , co-extruded films, OPP, heat-sealable cellophane. It is
not suitable for polyethylene films . The

according to the type and tickness of the material
to be sealed, and is kept constant by a heat thermo-regulator . The

QF-600-LS pneumatic sealer is widely used in chemical industry, foodstuff, feedstuff industries to seal various plastic film bags and compound bag whose sealing length is less than 600mm and weight is less than 50kg, but according to special order, the sealing length can be increased to 700mm, 800mm, 1000mm. It adopts compressed air as motive power with adjustable sealing pressure and reliable sealing quality , its sealing operation can be controlled by manual o by foot switch . QF 600-LS is installed on a stand with wheels and is complete with roller conveyor with adjustable height for handling heavy bags up to 50 kg.
The machine also can match to operate with production line. |

The sealer mod. DZQ 600 L / S is a multifunctional machine for vacuum packing bags of large dimensions.
DZQ-600-LS pneumatic sealer is widely used in chemical industry, foodstuff, feedstuff industries to seal various plastic film bags and compound bag whose sealing length is less than 600mm and the max weight is 25kg.
The vacuum pump 20 mc. / H. allows for high production.
The machine is also fitted with a valve for inert gas injection for modified atmosphere packaging.
The double sealing bars with width 10 mm. and closing with compressed air ensures a perfect seal on any type of material also very thick.
