Costumer service
Customer satisfaction is fundamental for us.
Before offering or "selling" a product it is therefore very important for us to be sure of the functionality of the proposed equipment and its reliability over time.
Some important things to remember before making a purchase:
- an unsuitable machine will be useless and will waste time and money.
- a poor product will risk breaking very soon and it will be necessary to suspend production.
- a too cheap supplier may not have the right structure to supply spare parts or technical assistance. In the same way, even a product that is too cheap could hide defects or weaknesses. In the event of breakdowns, high repair costs and long lead times will have to be taken into account.
The Ferplast staff, on the other hand, will do everything to make each purchase as good as possible, working in the customer's interest.
Attention to CE certifications, spare parts and assistance service
All machines and equipment supplied by Ferplast are complete with CE certification.
We also pay close attention to the quality of the goods sold and the possibility of finding spare parts in a short time.
Our spare parts warehouse is always very well stocked and our specialized technicians are available.
We invite our customers to pay attention to some less professional suppliers, born above all from the fact that it has become increasingly easier to import substandard products from non-EU countries as they could offer unsuitable machines without real CE certification. (Maybe even without doing it intentionally, given that the laws change often. The problems will still be for the user and with certain companies it is extremely difficult, time-consuming and costly to come up with reasons).

We pursue this goal through attention to the promotion of activities and processes as compatible as possible with the environment, through the use of advanced criteria and technologies in the field of environmental protection, energy efficiency and sustainable use of resources; assessment of the environmental impacts of all business activities and processes.

Since we are in the "packaging" sector, it is our care to remind and advise the customer on the possibility of choosing a "Green" solution by exploiting innovative materials.
