WHEELED VACUUM PACKAGING MACHINE DZ 400 2E WITH TWO SEALING BARS
Wheeled vacuum packaging machine with two lateral sealing bars, made of stainless steel (AISI 304) and equipped with volumetric electronic sensor that enables the continuous vacuum control.
Tank with with rounded lid for greater usable height in the central part.
The compact size of the tank and the high power of the vacuum pump ensure high productivity.
The adjustment of the welding time, vacuum and gas placing occur through practical potentiometers positioned frontally.
VACUUM MACHINE WITH GAS INJECTION SYSTEM (ATM)
Each sealing bar is equipped with two nozzles which introduce gases in different quantities, so the machines are suitable for the packaging of one single use for each sealing bar. When ordering, it is possible to request a modification to the gas inlet system so as to be able to pack two bags per bar by entering the same quantity of gas for each package.

The operation of the vacuum chamber machines is very simple, but we remind you that it is mandatory to read the use and maintenance manual, in order to avoid damage to the user or to the stain itself.
From the front panel it is possible to set:
- Vacuum time
Time during which the machine makes the vacuum in the chamber.
It is possible to adjust the time, visually based on the vacuum gauge, to set the percentage of vacuum to be created in the chamber.
The pointer must arrive in the green zone. The vacuum time varies from about 15 to about 25 seconds.
The machine does not carry out the welding if the vacuum is not carried out.
- ATM technical gas injection time
It is only possible to decide the quantity of gas injected on the pre-fitted models, by adjusting the "gas injection time".
The time must be decided by the operator and depends on how much gas you want to put in the bag.
Therefore, different gas injection time adjustment tests must be performed, depending on the product.
We are not experts in "technical gas".
Any storage times or need for injection must be requested from those who deal with technical gas.
The storage times must be confirmed following checks and tests, at a food analysis center.
It is not possible to enter the gas only on the right bar or only on the left bar.
For example, if you want to make the vacuum + gas injection by putting a bag on the right bar, you will have to put an empty bag on the left bar, otherwise the gas will disperse in the bell.
Each single sealing bar is equipped with two nozzles which inject gas in different quantities, therefore the machines are suitable for packaging only one bag for each sealing bar.
When ordering, it is possible to request a change to the gas injection system, so as to be able to pack two bags per bar, by introducing the same quantity of gas for each package.
- Welding time
Time during which the machine seals the bag. It depends on the thickness and type of the bag.
Normally it is around 1 or 2 seconds. Exceeding this time there is a risk of burning the resistances of the sealing bars.
- Cooling time
Time during which the bell is closed, by pressing on the bag sealing.
This allows to make the most resistant sealing.
Once these parameters have been set, the operator only has to insert the bag into the bell and lower it.
The machine automatically performs the vacuum, the introduction of gas (where foreseen) and the welding.
It will open automatically at the end of the cycle to allow the operator to extract the vacuum bags.
The vacuum chamber machine utilizes specific smooth envelopes for vacuum.
The standard thickness is 95 My. Thicker or specific envelopes for cooking are available.
Filter for powders
The filter is useful for the packaging of flour, chemical powders and powdery products as it prevents any residues cramming inside the vacuum pump, causing damage. The filter can only be requested when ordering.
