To facilitate the purchase of our products we try to keep up to date the availability shown on-line. The delivery times indicated are generally correct but, having different sales channels, may not always be up to date.

For this we ask, before making an order particularly urgent, to contact us.
We will show you the real-time availability and delivery time in your area.
But considers that, often dealing of very large equipment, that traveling by courier, it is  always possible witch may occur delays of various nature.

The shipment/delivery times indicated, are represented by the time required to assign the goods to the carrier after payment and after the actual receipt thereof by Ferplast.

Since the product is available at our office and since we actually receive payment, the preparation times, packing and delivery of the parcel to the courier may vary by 24 hours (for small and light packages) to 10 days depending on the size and weight of packages. 

Before shipping the goods our staff will always ensure the correct operation and care of the packing.
This slightly increases shipment/delivery times but assures to the final customer to receive the products that are always working properly.
