For over 40 YEARS we have been shipping all types of materials and equipment throughout EUROPE using reliable and professional couriers.
With thousands of shipments of products of all sizes, types and values behind us, we have taken all the necessary precautions so that each order arrives in the shortest possible time and in the best conditions
During the order phases you can select the transport method you prefer.
The shipping cost is based on the volumetric weight of the product and the shipping address.
If multiple products fall within the same weight range, the shipping cost will not increase.
In the case of large or particularly valuable orders, we always invite you to ask for a quote so that we can find the most suitable solution together.

Delivery times depend greatly on the shipping method, the type of payment chosen and the type of machine/machinery to be prepared.
If there were any mistakes or delays you will be notified as soon as possible.
Each machine and equipment is tested before shipment and we only choose couriers of primary importance and reliability.
Transportation issues are less than 1 in 1000 shipments and usually resolve in less than 24 hours.
The choice of courier can be
a) Our courier (goods on trucks if bulky)
Once the payment has been received, we will prepare the goods and send them using one of our couriers.
A telephone number is required to be left with the courier. The material is delivered to the ground floor if it is small and light.
If we are dealing with large, heavy products or products packed on pallets, the courier cannot unload them and they will have to be unloaded with your forklift.
If you do not have a forklift, you must request a courier with tail lift
b) Our courier with tail lift (goods unloaded on the ground)
Those who do not have a forklift or a system suitable for unloading pallets or heavy equipment available should select this method of transport. This type involves an increase indicated in the order due to the supplement required by the courier to send an equipped vehicle.
Warning: depending on the product ordered and the shipping address, Ferplast (or the courier in charge) could make deliveries with a vehicle equipped with an actual tail lift or with other unloading systems (cranes, slides, etc...)
The choice of the most suitable system is managed by Ferplast or by the courier and depends on the availability of vehicles and the type of products to be unloaded (pallets, trolleys, etc.).
c) Direct withdrawal
By selecting the direct collection, you can take care of the transport by sending your trusted courier or by collecting the goods yourself with your own vehicle.
Following payment, we will prepare the goods, pack them and send you an email indicating the dimensions and weight of the packaging.
You can send your own courier for collection or collect the products directly with your own vehicle.
CHECK UPON RECEPTION
Upon delivery, the customer is required to check that the number and type of packages being delivered corresponds to the number and type of packages indicated on the delivery note/invoice and that the packaging is intact, not damaged or otherwise altered.
The packaging is usually so robust that the material inside is not affected by damages.
However, the courier during the travel could cause damage to the goods.
Since Ferplast is not directly responsible for damage caused during shipment or for any delays due to the courier, we always invite you to check the integrity of the same and report any tampering, cuts or missing parts to the courier, marking it on the delivery note that will be signed.
It is a good habit to write or stamp "accepted subject to inspection" on the courier's bill.
If the damages are not visible from the outside, the customer is required to report the problems encountered within 24 hours of receiving the goods, documenting it by sending a photograph or video on whatsapp.
In this way we will be able to contact the courier and replace or repair the goods quickly.
It is always possible to ask us for insured shipping.
COURIERS USED AND DELIVERY TIMES IN ITALY
Delivery times may vary depending on the size of the pallets and their weight.
For standard products, we generally ship with an express courier (Bartolini, GLS, etc.) and delivery takes place within 24/48 hours.
For bulkier products such as machinery or products on pallets, we rely on couriers who carry bulky goods.
Delivery times for bulky products can vary from 2 to 5 working days.
TRANSPORT (ABROAD)
Deliveries made abroad require advance payment by credit card or advance bank transfer.
We ship by courier to most European and non-European countries.
It is also possible to choose direct collection (zero cost) and arrange transport.

Unless otherwise specified, the organization of transport is the responsibility of the customer.
All taxes and customs fees are excluded from the indicated prices.

In particular you can read:
Awaiting payment
This state will be activated automatically when you choose to pay in different ways from "credit card".
Please send confirmation of payment to speed up preparation of the goods.
Payment accepted
The order has arrived and is about to be taken in charge.
In processing
The order was taken in charge. The goods will be prepared according to the indicated time
Material ready for pick
If you selected the direct withdrawal, you will be notified as soon as the material ordered will be packed and ready for pickup by your own courier.
Delivered to the courier
If you read "delivered" in reference to your order, it means that the material you ordered has been prepared and delivered to the courier. It will arrive in a few days. If it does not, please contact us and we will check the delivery status
