SECURE PAYMENT

To meet the requests of a wide range of customers with different needs we decided to operate many types of payment. At the end of the buying process, you can choose to pay for goods through:

- Credit card
- Paypal 
- Bank transfer in advance
- Mark
- Payment at our office (with credit card)

For deliveries abroad, payments will only accept bank transfer, credit card and pay at our office.

CREDIT CARD

For us security payments, especially online, it is paramount.
Therefore, ALL transactions are done on a secure server of Banca D'Alba (Via Service KeyClient).
Nobody, not even Ferplast Snc, may be aware of the numbers and codes used by the customer.
All data is transferred in encrypted form using SSL certificate.

The purchase can be made only by the cardholder whose name and address must match the name and address of the recipient.
Ferplast Snc will accept orders also addressed to persons other than the owner, but only after it's performed inspections at the purchaser at the destination.

The cards used are Visa / Visa Electron (accepted), MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Maestro, JCB or prepaid cards.

The payment by credit card does not provide for additional costs and allows us to receive and take charge of the order in a very short time. You will receive confirmation of payment.

BANK TRANSFER IN ADVANCE 

If paying by bank transfer in advance, sending the ordered only occurs when the actual crediting to c / c and Ferplast Snc,
the same must be made within 15 working days from the date of acceptance, after which the order is deemed automatically canceled.
The purpose of the bank transfer must include the identifier of the order (order number and year), which is issued in the order confirmation email.

PAYMENT IN CASH OR CREDIT CARD / ATM AT OUR OFFICE

In case you want to withdraw the products directly at our office, you can use this method of payment as a result of a telephone contact.
Visiting us, you will see all kinds of equipment available and see the differences between the various models.
Payment at the time can be made by credit card, ATM, and cash (up to $ 999)

PAYPAL (orders up to 1000 euros)

For orders up to 1000 euro you can choose to pay by Paypal.
To pay with Paypal you must complete the online order and choose as a "Paypal" payment method.

We've chosen to enter the limit of 1000 euros, as the percentage required by this payment method is too significant, especially if applied to significant prices and the discounts we have already applied online. It does not seem right to have to recharge these costs to customers.

For payments over 1000 Euros, we rely on very secure and traceable systems such as credit card and bank transfer.

It is always essential to give us a phone number so that we can contact you again and inform you about the availability of the goods and the time of preparation and packaging.

Regardless of the method of payment and transport selected, at the time of delivery of the goods we recommend the customer to check that the number and type of packages delivered corresponds to the number and type of packages shown in the invoice / transport document and the packaging is intact, damaged or otherwise altered.

CASH ON DELIVERY (orders up to 999 Euros) 
AVAILABLE ONLY IN ITALY

ATTENTION: To prevent scams, orders with cash on delivery are subject to authorization by Ferplast
If it deems it necessary, Ferplast may decide to change the type of payment chosen, leaving the client free of charge to decide whether to proceed with the order or cancel it.

In the case of a cash on delivery order, a supplementary contribution of 5,00 Euro + percentage applied by the courier (about 5-6%) is applied to the total amount of the order depending on the product and the total order
All expenses are clearly highlighted when choosing the payment method.

The contribution is symbolic and covers in part the surcharge applied by the courier and management fees.
Payment must be made to the courier with cash if the value of the order does not exceed 999,00 Euro or with a circular check up to a maximum amount of 1.000 Euros (will not be accepted by the courier BANK checks and/or POSTAL checks).

The courier deliveries only on the ground floor and is not constrained to discharge the goods if it can not be handled (eg if it is too heavy or bulky).
In this case you have to request the transport by means of a tail lift.
It is essential to provide us with a valid phone number so that the courier can contact you in case of problems with delivery and thus avoid undelivered shipments, the cost of which will be charged exclusively by the customer.
