ME-CFA/CFV CONSTANT HEAT WELDING MACHINE
This special automatic table top/vertical with stand constant heat sealer. Are suitable for sealing polypropylene and paired / laminated bags, paper, barrier materials, etc. The sealing jaws of the type "hot bar" are equipped with resistance and thermoregulator for controlling the temperature from 30 ° C to 200 ° C. The closing of the jaws is through an electromagnet which ensures a high sealing pressure and allows the sealing of thick bags with or without side gussets.
Operation
The operation provides for the closure of bars and seals the bag following operator control, by electric pedal.
This allows the operator to grab the bag with both hands, being able to perform a more precise sealing and parallel to the bag.
The vertical model with pedestal can be tilted to 90 degrees, has a special support surface to support the bag during sealing. In this way the operator has both hands free to hold the bag since the sealing is made by pressing the pedal.
The maximum weight load of the standard support is 10 kg. For bags up to 20 Kg it is possible to buy the table top sealer complete with reinforced pedestal (optional).
The sealing bars have a height from the ground of mm. 1050 in vertical position, mm. 1250 inclined at 45° and mm. 1400 horizontally.
NOTE* In the case of thick or special products, it is necessary to send us samples in order to carry out sealing tests and verify the suitability of the machine.

WARNING: ME models 300-400 CFA/CFV comes with standard cross serrated jaws. On request it's possible to have them with long serrated jaws.
Pedestal: Depending on the bags you need to weld you can choose:
- CFV model: equipped with standard pedestal with 10 Kg capacity;
- CFA model + pedestal (PNT RINF) with a capacity of 20 kg;
- CFA model + Adjustable pedestal with wheels (PNT REG) with a capacity of 20 kg, also combinable with a idle roller for the welding and the effortless handling of heavier and larger bags.
